Refund policy

Lit Strix has a 21-day return policy, starting at the time you receive your order. Meaning you will have three weeks from the time of shipment delivery to request a return for approval.

Returns
Lit Strix accepts returns on an order-by-order approval basis. To start a return, you can contact me at info@litstrix.ca. A reference number and shipping instructions will be provided upon request and subject to approval. Any item sent back without one of these reference numbers may not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and/or product issues
Once you receive your order, please review it to confirm you received the desired product and to ensure nothing is damaged or missing.  If there are any issues, please get in touch with me at info@litstrix.ca right away, and I will do my best to correct the problem.

Return Exceptions
Custom products, such as a special order item.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be subject to approval on an order-by-order basis. Return shipping will be your responsibility.  To start an exchange, please get in touch with me at info@litstrix.ca.

Refunds
Lit Strix will notify you once I’ve received your return, and I will let you know whether the refund has been approved and may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Once approved, the refund may take up to 10 business days to be credited to your account or refunded to your card.
